After designing a new lower double eyelid line beneath the existing high line, we precisely release adhesions between the surrounding muscles (orbicularis oculi), fat layer, and the levator muscle that opens the eyes.

CASE 01

If there is enough excess skin

After excising skin and soft tissue including the existing line, we firmly fix the eyelid to the newly designed line to create a new double eyelid.

If eye-opening strength is weak

If weak eye-opening strength makes the line appear high, we improve the eyes through ptosis correction.

*Ptosis Correction: A procedure that strengthens the muscles involved in opening the eyes (Müller muscle, levator muscle) by tightening or adjusting them when the eyelids droop.

CASE 03

If there is little eyelid fat

To improve sunken eyelids and prevent multiple folds, fat repositioning or fat grafting may be performed.
