Post-Treatment Guidelines for Stem Cell Skin Injection
Cleansing
Face washing, showering, and makeup are allowed starting the day after the procedure.
When cleansing or showering, please avoid rubbing or directly irritating the treated area.
For 1 week after the procedure, it is recommended to avoid saunas, bathhouses, steam rooms, swimming pools, and lymphatic massages whenever possible.
Swelling
Injection marks, swelling, or bruising may occur after the procedure, but most symptoms naturally improve within 1–2 weeks.
Results & Duration
Although results vary by individual, improvements gradually begin to appear 1–2 weeks after treatment.
The effects of stem cell skin injections may last for 6 months or longer, depending on your condition.
If repeated every 3–6 months, longer-lasting and improved results may be expected.
Recovery Progress
Please keep your body warm to support healthy blood circulation.
If scabs form on the treated area, do not remove them forcibly. Allow them to fall off naturally.
For at least 2 weeks after the procedure, please avoid medicated patches, anti-inflammatory drugs, steroid medications, and herbal medicine.
(Medications with anti-inflammatory effects may interfere with stem cell regeneration.)
If you experience pain after the procedure, you may take Tylenol (acetaminophen).
(If you have any questions regarding medications, please consult your physician before use.)
General Post-Treatment Precautions
Alcohol & Smoking
Please avoid alcohol and smoking for 1 week after the procedure.
Exercise
Please avoid excessive or strenuous exercise for 1 week after the procedure.
Emergency Situations
If you experience any of the following symptoms, please contact the clinic or your coordinator’s direct number and visit the hospital immediately.
Contact the clinic immediately if:
· You develop a high fever of 38°C or higher
· The treated area becomes increasingly red or swollen compared to immediately after the procedure
· You feel severe dizziness or have difficulty breathing
